Harvested from systems our own repair workshop decommissions. Every unit photographed, tested and graded A–C — priced at a fraction of OEM, shipped worldwide.
Our inventory changes with every system we retire from service in China. These are the categories we consistently have stock in.
After many years in medical equipment repair, we work with a large network of secondhand medical equipment dealers across China. That network lets us source parts for virtually any device category — ultrasound, patient monitoring, laboratory, imaging, respiratory and anaesthesia, operating room equipment, circuit boards and modules. If the part exists anywhere in the Chinese market, we can buy it, verify it and ship it to you.
Can't find your model? Send us the device model, the part name, or a photo — we'll come back within 1 business day with availability, condition and price.
A sample from current inventory. Every listing shows the actual unit — not a stock image — with its grade, test record and live stock count.
Most secondhand sellers write "used, good condition." We define exactly what that means — per grade, per test item — and we photograph the flaws. Nothing leaves the workshop ungraded.
| Grade | Function test | Cosmetic condition | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grade A | All applicable tests passed | Near-new appearance, no visible wear or marks | 90 days |
| Grade B | All applicable tests passed | Visible light wear (scuffs, slight discoloration), fully serviceable | 90 days |
| Grade C | All applicable tests passed | Obvious cosmetic wear (scratches, dings) — structure intact | 90 days |
The grade on a listing always reflects the worse of function and cosmetics. Each product page lists exactly which tests were performed on that specific unit.
Element map scan on a compatible system · image uniformity & dropout check · cable continuity & strain · connector pin inspection · lens / sheath condition.
Optical alignment & image output check · illumination / lamp output · motorized travel & focus cycling · dead-pixel scan on camera modules.
Angulation full-range check on test bench · insertion tube integrity & flexibility · image output & dead-pixel scan (CCD modules) · seal and valve fitment.
Every Grade A / B / C unit can ship with a test record. It shows the Zimiao SKU, the system it was harvested from (model & serial), the test bench used, each test item with its pass result, and the engineer's initials.
Ask for the record for any SKU on WhatsApp or in the RFQ form — we send it with your quotation.

For hospital procurement teams the first question isn't "does it work" — it's "where did it come from." Every part we sell was removed by our own engineers from a whole system we acquired through a legitimate channel in China.
Whole systems from hospital decommissioning, licensed secondhand equipment dealers, or public asset-disposal channels.
Dismantled by our own Guangzhou workshop engineers. Each component is tagged to the source system's model and serial number.
Function-tested where applicable, graded A / B / C, and photographed including flaws. Untested items are never listed.
Listed with a live stock count, exported as maintenance spare parts with commercial invoice, packing list.
All items are supplied as secondhand spare parts for equipment maintenance and repair — not as medical devices for clinical use.
Practical answers to the questions we get on WhatsApp every week — failure patterns, documentation, and how to judge a used part before you wire money.
The five components behind most endoscope downtime, and the checks that separate a good used part from a dead one.
