Dispatch time

In-stock items ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Larger consolidated orders may need 3–5 business days for packing — we'll confirm the exact date with your quotation.

Documents provided

• Commercial invoice (English)
• Packing list with per-item SKU and grade
• Tracking / airway bill number upon dispatch
• Test record for the specific units — on request before or after shipment

Customs, duties & compliance

• Goods are declared as used parts / components for equipment maintenance with fair declared value.
• Import duties, taxes and clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in the quotation.
• Buyer responsibility: some countries require import permits or registration for secondhand medical equipment components — please confirm with your local customs authority before ordering. We support customs clearance with commercial invoice, packing list and product documents. We declare these parts as maintenance spare parts on export — see our Sourcing & Compliance page for details.
• We can adjust invoice wording to reasonable destination requirements within legal bounds — tell us your customs requirements in the RFQ.

Shipping quote

Because our parts vary from 200 g valves to 40 kg probes, shipping is quoted per order. Provide your destination port, postcode, or city in the RFQ form and we'll include a shipping-inclusive price.
